For your club party

The photos of the club party in one place instead of the club chat

Summer party, end of season, tournament or anniversary: a QR code at the entrance and the bar is enough, and the photos of all members reach the board in one place – no app, no account. What goes on the club website is up to you.

  • Free to start
  • No app for members
  • Servers in Germany
  • Approval by the board

Made for clubs that celebrate a lot

Every year the same question: who has the photos from the summer party? With the album the board knows – and can use them.

  • Managed by the board

An account belongs to one person; they invite the board and the youth leaders as co-hosts. Everyone sees the same album, nobody shares login details.

  • Approve before anything goes public

You see all photos, mark the best for the website and hide what does not belong there. Reported pictures are hidden immediately.

  • One album per event

On the Standard plan the club runs 3 albums at the same time – summer party, tournament and Christmas party, each with its own code.

How it works

From the invitation to the post on the club website: one album, three steps.

  1. 1

    Before the party

    • Create the album

Choose “Other celebration” and name the album “TSV Ried summer party”, for example. Take the colour from the club.

    • Set the access

Protect the album with a PIN that only appears on the table cards, and decide whether members see each other’s photos.

    • Link to the members’ list

Print the table card for the entrance, the bar and the marquee, and send the link with the invitation to all members.

  2. 2

    On the day

    • QR code at the bar and entrance

Members and guests scan, confirm the notice, enter their name and upload – even on the sports ground with a weak signal.

    • Slideshow in the marquee

Show the photos of the day on the TV at the bar or on the screen during the award ceremony.

  3. 3

    Afterwards

    • Review and approve

The board marks favourites and hides what should not go public.

    • Use the photos

Download the favourites as a ZIP – for the club website, the club magazine and the report in the local paper.

    • Next party, next album

On the Standard plan every album stays available for 12 months after the party. Download everything before it expires; the album reminds you 30 days ahead.

What the album does for the club

  • No app, no account

Guests open their camera, scan the code and upload. It works for grandma and grandpa, too.

  • Manage together

Invite family, friends or colleagues as co-hosts, so you do not have to keep an eye on everything alone during the party.

  • You have the last word

Mark favourites, hide blurry shots, delete what does not belong. Whether guests see each other’s photos is up to you.

  • Live slideshow

Show new photos on a projector or TV while the party is still on. They appear automatically shortly after being uploaded.

  • Everything as a ZIP

Download the whole album, just your favourites or one guest’s photos, neatly named by time of day.

  • Survives bad Wi-Fi

If the connection drops in the party basement, the upload picks up where it left off as soon as the network is back.

  • Photos and videos as shot

Files stay untouched – nothing is downscaled or recompressed. Photos up to 50 MB, videos up to 500 MB.

  • Printable table card

With the name of the event, the QR code and, if you like, the PIN – ready to print in A5 or A6 and styled for the occasion.

Tips for club parties

What works well at summer parties, tournaments and anniversaries.

  1. 1

    Inform people briefly beforehand

One sentence in the invitation – where the photos are kept, who sees them and what the club uses them for – answers questions in advance. You can link to Festatelier’s privacy policy.

  2. 2

    Think of the youth teams

For photos of children and teenagers the club needs the parents’ consent before anything is published. Guests confirm that before their first upload; you can hide or delete any picture.

  3. 3

    Photo tasks for the tournament

“The team after the match”, “The cake buffet”, “The oldest and the youngest member in one photo” – photo tasks bring the pictures that would otherwise be missing.

  4. 4

    Table card at the grill

A code right in front of someone gets scanned. Put table cards by the bar, the grill and the cake buffet, not just at the entrance.

  5. 5

    The anniversary as a chronicle

Ask for old photos in the invitation: “Do you have pictures from back then? Upload them to the album now.” The slideshow on the night thrives on them.

Your photos are yours. And they stay in Germany.

Every celebration creates pictures of people who matter to you. We treat them with the care they deserve.

Servers in Germany
Your photos, videos and album data are stored with Google Cloud in Frankfurt am Main.
Your photos belong to you
We show no ads, sell no data and run no face recognition over your pictures. Photos and videos exist for your album only.
Where a photo was taken stays private
Other guests only see a preview of each photo, with the location and camera data removed. The original goes only to you, your co-hosts and the person who uploaded it. Videos, however, are shown to other guests in the original.
Deleted means deleted
Remove a photo and the file is deleted for good, immediately. A whole album takes a few hours at most. There is no hidden recycle bin.
