For your company party

The photos of the summer party in one place instead of twenty chats

Christmas party, summer party, anniversary or team event: a QR code on the table is enough and your colleagues’ photos arrive in one album. No app, no account, servers in Germany – and consent before the first photo is uploaded.

  • Servers in Germany
  • No app for employees
  • Consent before upload
  • No ads, no face recognition

Made for organisations that look closely

Photos of employees are personal data. Festatelier is built so you can explain it well to the works council and the data protection officer.

  • Data stays in Germany

Photos, videos and album data are stored with Google Cloud in Frankfurt am Main. No ads, no data sales, no face recognition. The details are in the privacy policy.

  • Consent and control

Before their first upload, every person confirms that the people shown agree. You hide or delete photos; colleagues can report pictures.

  • Manage as a team

Invite colleagues from HR, communications or the organising team as co-hosts. Everyone sees the same album; nobody has to share credentials.

How it goes

From the invitation to the intranet post: one album, three steps.

  1. 1

    Before the party

    • Create the album

You choose “company party”, give the event a name and enter the organisation. The album gets a plain motif in the colour of your choice.

    • Set the access

Protect the album with a PIN that only appears on the table cards, and decide whether employees may see each other’s photos.

    • Table cards and intranet

Print the table card in A5 or A6, or share the link through the intranet and the invitation.

  2. 2

    On the day

    • A QR code on every table

Colleagues scan, confirm the consent notice, enter their name and upload – no app, no account.

    • Live slideshow

Show the evening’s photos on the screen at the entrance or on stage. Whatever you hide beforehand does not appear.

  3. 3

    Afterwards

    • Review and release

The organising team sees all photos, marks the best ones and hides what should not go out.

    • Reuse

Download everything or just the favourites as a ZIP – for the intranet, the newsletter or the photo wall in the office.

    • Renew the link

After the party, renew the link or close uploads; old QR codes then stop working.

What the album for the company party can do

  • No app, no account

Guests open their camera, scan the code and upload. It works for grandma and grandpa, too.

  • Manage together

Invite family, friends or colleagues as co-hosts, so you do not have to keep an eye on everything alone during the party.

  • You have the last word

Mark favourites, hide blurry shots, delete what does not belong. Whether guests see each other’s photos is up to you.

  • Live slideshow

Show new photos on a projector or TV while the party is still on. They appear by themselves shortly after being uploaded.

  • Everything as a ZIP

Download the whole album, just your favourites or one guest’s photos, neatly named by time of day.

  • Photos and videos as shot

Files stay untouched – nothing is downscaled or recompressed. Photos up to 50 MB, videos up to 500 MB.

  • Printable table card

With the name of the event, the QR code and, if you like, the PIN – typeset for A5 or A6 and styled for the occasion.

  • Survives bad Wi-Fi

If the connection drops in the party basement, the upload continues from the same spot as soon as the network is back.

Tips for company parties

What has proven itself at summer parties and Christmas parties.

  1. 1

    Inform people briefly beforehand

One sentence in the invitation – where the photos are kept, who sees them and for how long – answers questions before they are asked. You can link to Festatelier’s privacy policy.

  2. 2

    Open the gallery deliberately

For the Christmas party it is usually right that only the organising team sees everything and shares a selection later. At a team event the gallery can often be open. You set both in the album.

  3. 3

Put the PIN on the table card

With a PIN, only guests who held the table card get into the album – even if the link is passed on.

  4. 4

    Add the agency’s photos

If you booked a photographer, upload their selection to the album. Everything is in one place and included in the ZIP file.

  5. 5

    Several parties a year

With the Standard plan you run 3 albums at a time. If you have more sites or events, the “Unlimited” plan is available on request.

Your photos are yours. And they stay in Germany.

Every celebration creates pictures of people who matter to you. We treat them accordingly.

Servers in Germany
Your photos, videos and album data are stored with Google Cloud in Frankfurt am Main.
Your photos belong to you
We show no ads, sell no data and run no face recognition over your pictures. Photos and videos exist for your album only.
Where a photo was taken stays private
Other guests only see photos as a freshly rendered preview without location and camera data. The original goes only to you, your co-hosts and the person who uploaded it. Videos play from the original file.
Deleted means deleted
Remove a photo and the file is gone from the server immediately. A whole album takes a few hours at most. There is no hidden recycle bin.
