Hundreds of guests, a few hours, a great many photos. The album copes – and the committee keeps the overview.
The whole year group at once
Students, parents, teachers: everyone scans the same code and uploads without an app or account – even when a hundred people start at the same time.
Slideshow on the big screen
The photos of the night run live on the projector – from the certificates to the dance floor. Whatever the committee hides beforehand never appears.
The committee has the last word
You see everything, mark favourites and hide what should not be in the gallery. Guests can report pictures; reported photos are hidden immediately.
How it works
One person from the committee creates the album; the others join as co-hosts.

Before the night
Create the album
Choose “Other celebration”, name the album “Prom 2027”, for example, and invite the committee as co-hosts.
Write photo tasks
“Your favourite teacher”, “The whole year in one photo”, “The best outfit of the night”: photo tasks turn the album into a game.
Print table cards
The table card with QR code is ready-made. Print it for every table, the bar and the photo corner.

On the night
Scan and upload
Guests scan, enter their name and upload – even with a weak signal in the hall; uploads carry on automatically.
Run the slideshow
A laptop at the projector is enough. New photos appear on the screen shortly after they are uploaded.
Gallery open now or later
You decide whether guests see each other’s photos right away or only the next day, once the committee has looked through them.

Afterwards
Latecomers
Many people only upload at home. Keep uploads open for a few weeks and remind the year group chat of the link once.
Everything as a ZIP
Download everything or just the favourites – for the yearbook, the school website and the shared folder.
Keep it in time
On the Standard plan the album stays available for 12 months. After that it is deleted; download everything before then.
What the prom album does
No app, no account
Guests open their camera, scan the code and upload. It works for grandma and grandpa, too.
Survives bad Wi-Fi
If the connection drops in the party basement, the upload picks up where it left off as soon as the network is back.
Live slideshow
Show new photos on a projector or TV while the party is still on. They appear automatically shortly after being uploaded.
You have the last word
Mark favourites, hide blurry shots, delete what does not belong. Whether guests see each other’s photos is up to you.
Manage together
Invite family, friends or colleagues as co-hosts, so you do not have to keep an eye on everything alone during the party.

Download the whole album, just your favourites or one guest’s photos, neatly named by time of day.
Photos and videos as shot
Files stay untouched – nothing is downscaled or recompressed. Photos up to 50 MB, videos up to 500 MB.
Printable table card
With the name of the event, the QR code and, if you like, the PIN – ready to print in A5 or A6 and styled for the occasion.

How to get the photos from truly everyone.

Put the code on the ticket
Whoever has the QR code on their ticket uploads the photos from the pre-drinks and the ceremony before the prom even begins.

Announce it once from the stage
One sentence in the welcome – “Scan the code on your table and the whole year gets all the photos” – noticeably raises the number of uploads.

Show the photos later
With many guests it is often better to open the gallery the next day, once the committee has looked through it. You set that under “Games”.

Bring parents and teachers along
Parents take lots of photos too – and very different ones. Put a table card on the parents’ table.

Think of the younger ones
Before the first upload guests confirm that they only upload photos of minors with the parents’ consent. Reported pictures are hidden immediately until you decide.
Your photos are yours. And they stay in Germany.
Every celebration creates pictures of people who matter to you. We treat them with the care they deserve.

- Your photos, videos and album data are stored with Google Cloud in Frankfurt am Main.
- Your photos belong to you
- We show no ads, sell no data and run no face recognition over your pictures. Photos and videos exist for your album only.
- Where a photo was taken stays private
- Other guests only see a preview of each photo, with the location and camera data removed. The original goes only to you, your co-hosts and the person who uploaded it. Videos, however, are shown to other guests in the original.
- Deleted means deleted
- Remove a photo and the file is deleted for good, immediately. A whole album takes a few hours at most. There is no hidden recycle bin.
