For Communion and Confirmation

Every photo of the celebration in one album

In church the godmother takes pictures, at lunch the grandparents do, in the afternoon the cousins – and in the end everyone has a few, but nobody has them all. With a QR code on the table, every guest’s photos and videos land in one album for your child.

  • Free to start
  • No app for guests
  • Original quality
  • Servers in Germany

An album that suits the occasion

The service is solemn, the party afterwards is family. The album suits both – and your child will look back at it later.

  • Photos in original quality

Every photo arrives as the phone took it, videos up to 500 MB. Nothing is shrunk like in a chat group.

  • You decide who sees the photos

You decide whether guests see each other’s photos. Before the first upload they confirm that they only upload pictures of children with the parents’ consent.

  • For the whole family

Invite the godparents as co-hosts. Anyone who could not come looks at the shared gallery at home.

How it works

Two minutes to set up, one card for the table.

  1. 1

    Before the day

    • Create the album

Choose “Other celebration” and name the album “Paul’s Confirmation”, for example. Colour and greeting are yours to pick.

    • Send the link

Send the link with the invitation; print the table card for the lunch afterwards.

    • Switch on video greetings

With the video guest book, godparents and grandparents record a short greeting – a keepsake only you see.

  2. 2

    On the day

    • Scan and upload

Guests scan the code, enter their name and upload photos and videos – the grandparents too, with no app at all.

    • Later in the afternoon

The shared gallery shows what the others photographed. The slideshow runs on the TV if you like.

  3. 3

    Afterwards

    • Latecomers

Guests can still upload days later, until the date you set.

    • Download and keep

Download everything as a ZIP in original quality – for the photo book and the thank-you cards. On the Standard plan the album stays available for 12 months.

What the album does for the day

  • No app, no account

Guests open their camera, scan the code and upload. It works for grandma and grandpa, too.

  • Photos and videos as shot

Files stay untouched – nothing is downscaled or recompressed. Photos up to 50 MB, videos up to 500 MB.

  • You have the last word

Mark favourites, hide blurry shots, delete what does not belong. Whether guests see each other’s photos is up to you.

  • Everything as a ZIP

Download the whole album, just your favourites or one guest’s photos, neatly named by time of day.

  • Printable table card

With the name of the event, the QR code and, if you like, the PIN – ready to print in A5 or A6 and styled for the occasion.

  • Manage together

Invite family, friends or colleagues as co-hosts, so you do not have to keep an eye on everything alone during the party.

  • Survives bad Wi-Fi

If the connection drops in the party basement, the upload picks up where it left off as soon as the network is back.

  • Live slideshow

Show new photos on a projector or TV while the party is still on. They appear automatically shortly after being uploaded.

Tips for Communion and Confirmation

How the photos of the day really come together.

  1. 1

One person takes pictures in church

Ask the godmother or godfather to take photos during the service – and check with the parish beforehand whether that is allowed. The guests take pictures at the party.

  2. 2

    Table card by the cake

Over coffee everyone has time. One table card by the cake buffet is enough; most photos are taken in that hour.

  3. 3

Share the gallery with the family

Share the gallery so grandparents and godparents see each other’s photos. The originals still only go to you and whoever uploaded the photo.

  4. 4

A photo task for the children

“All the children of the party in one photo” or “The child with each godparent” – photo tasks keep the cousins busy and bring the pictures that would otherwise be missing.

  5. 5

    A thank-you the day after

A short message with the link collects the photos that are still on the phones.
